My parents made it safely here. It took a little longer than I thought at immigrations. We got home, had some food and talked. Now I am off to bed.

Meine Eltern kamen gesund und munter an. Die Einreise hat länger gedauert als ich gedacht habe. Die Fahrt heim war ereignislos, daheim hatten wir etwas zu essen und haben uns unterhalten. Jetzt geh ich schlafen.

re-visiting the february goals
At the beginning of February I wrote my February goals during the Do Life Challenge. Now it is time to look back and see how it goes. I know there is one more day in February but tomorrow I will be busy. So I do it today.
Continue running. Start a new training plan. I want to be able to run a 15K on March 3rd. Right now my longest run is 4 miles. A 15K is 9.3 miles. That is a 5.2 miles more...

Ok, I just got time to go to the Do Life Forum and read about this weeks challenge. I hope I can keep up with it. I am still not back to 100%, I am still coughing but feeling much better than last week.

Feeling better
Ok, I feel so much better but I am still not totally ok. Wednesday to Friday last week I spent in bed. Coughing, sweating, feverish, drinking tea, sleeping most of the time. Just plain feeling sick. Thursday I went to the Doc and got a bunch of meds. They helped and I was able to go to my Healing Touch level 3 class this weekend.
I am so, so happy that I could go. I waited over a year for this...

I am still sick. Been in bed the whole day except when I went to the doctor. Now I have a few different medications I take and I hope I will be better soon.

Do Life Challenge - week 7 - recap
I know, I know. I am late. Way to late with this recap but I didn’t get it done earlier. And I could write two words that would sum up this weeks challenge: I sucked.
My eating was bad. I didn’t get to try out new foods. I couldn’t even figure out what kind of foods I could try. I didn’t count calories and ate way to much crap. Drank to less water as well. I didn’t...

I started the 21 Day Meditation Challenge from the Chopra Center yesterday. You go online and get a mediation a day. I failed to do the last challenge (I just made it to day 10, I think) but I hope to finish this one.

I have been MIA the last few days. My husband had a day off and we spent some time together. I was busy doing stuff at the house and for some reason I didn’t feel like doing a lot of stuff at my computer. I hope I will be back soon. Do Life Challenge - week 7
Write down four things you did well today.
I ran 2 miles before my 5K.
In the 5K I managed to run a new PR. Beat the old one by 7 seconds.
Went out to a FB meet-up of german people here in the area. Nice way to meet new people.
Still can feel the soreness in my legs but I am way to happy with my PR to really complain about it. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow...
