I have not been writing for the last 10+ weeks. I have been busy with the pregnancy and I just did not have the head to write anything. Sorry about that. Here are some bits and pieces of the things that happened since then…
- I was so exhausted after the Women’s Half marathon that I wanted to stop for 2 weeks. Give myself time to recover fully. The 2 weeks turned in 3, the 3 in to 4...

mini twix
I bought Halloween candy last week. That was 1 week to early. I guess I ate all the mini Twix that were in my bowl by now. I know I have one left and it sits right next to me - and it will be gone soon. Not sure why I just like to eat the Twix and not the M&M’s or the other stuff that is in the bowl. I just hope that everything will go away tonight, That way I can’t have it...

Last night I had a really good run. I was running late for the group run due to heavy traffic. When I got there my coach was ready to head out but he waited for me. Of course he’s much faster and went ahead anyway. I ran 2.2 miles in 29:54 minutes. That is really fast for me at the moment (since I am pregnant I tend to run something between 14 and 15 min miles).

The Fontega Chicken Panini I had at Panera today tasted weird. Not sure what was wrong with it but it didn’t taste as usually. At least the French baguette tasted the same as always.
Another great day will end soon. Spent time at Tarpon Springs and at Honeymoon Island today. And I just noticed I am lil bit sunburned…
Another day with my friend Diana will end soon. Had a great day that ended with a run. We went out to one of the group runs from my running group and I logged 2 miles. Diana did a bit more than I did since she’s faster than me. Good night!

My friend Diana from Germany is visiting me at the moment. Yesterday we spent a great day at Anna Maria Island. We were at the beach, went swimming in the Gulf, saw wild dolphins at the old city pier and afterwards we went shopping at the Factory Outlets. I even got running shorts. Yay.
In a few minutes we will have breakfast together and then we decide what we are going to do today.

I had dinner with my hubby at a sports bar tonight. I managed to find a little piece of porcelain in the rice pilaf I had :(. After telling our waitress about it, the manager comes over to say he’s sorry and I didn’t had to pay for my meal. Yay for the free meal, non-yay for the stuff in my dinner!

confession time
And now I have a confession to make to you - and to tell you the reason I was absent a few weeks ago and did not write anything. But it’s a good one. :-) I guess you have been wondering why I did not write anymore and not even let you know I am still alive. Here is the reason I did that: I am pregnant.
We are very happy about this. I am in the second trimester now and I feel so much better...
Just did a yoga video for an hour. Now I am tired but happy.
I was planning to go to the track for tonight’s run. I guess I changed my mind now. I raining heavily, there is a thunderstorm, it’s very windy and half of our lanai in under water. I was just outside to take a picture but it’s kinda hard to see water on a white floor in a picture.

I am back and injured. ;-( Not sure what I did but on Sunday I had this weird pain in one place of of right buttock. It just hurt when I bent down. Like when I was tying my shoes or while picking something up from the floor. It was better on Tuesday and therefore I did my 2 mile run.
