Here is a picture of me before I went running. I kinda look like a light up christmas tree because of all the safety gear I am wearing. Today I volunteer at the Ragnar Relay Race here in Florida. I will be at exchange 11 for the first shift. I have no idea how it will be but I hope we will have a lot of fun… Can’t wait to see my team(s) there. Good race to everybody!!!

On Monday I wrote about my first 5k run. On Tuesday I went out with the group and ended up with another 5k. On Wednesday I did a nice beach run at Honeymoon Island. But that was just a 2 miler and when I got home I added the 3rd mile. Today I went to the track and just wanted to do a nice and slow run and ended up with another 5k. Today I decided to try and run the 5 km distance (3.1 miles). I was always a little below and today I wanted to have a big 5 in the front. I made it. I run 5.19km today. bad weather
Today we have some bad weather. Grey skies, rain and even more rain. Surprisingly the temperature is not that cold - a nice 73 F.
Heute haben wir schlechtes Wetter. Grauer Himmel, Regen und noch mehr Regen. Aber überraschenderweise ist es nicht kalt - angenehme 23 C Grad.
