We are back home now after 4 hours in the ER plus some time at the pharmacy to get some medication. My husband is on pain meds and he is sleeping (maybe knocked out would be the better description). Since it is the 1st of February I have to go back and revisit the goals I wrote down during the first week of the Do Life Challenge. I want to start running again. Do Life Challenge - week 4 Write down four things you did well today. We made a turkey today. I wanted my grandparents to have this experience while they visiting us. Went out and did a 3 mile run.
