Do Life Challenge - week 7
Write down four things you did well today.
- I ran 2 miles before my 5K.
- In the 5K I managed to run a new PR. Beat the old one by 7 seconds.
- Went out to a FB meet-up of german people here in the area. Nice way to meet new people.
- Still can feel the soreness in my legs but I am way to happy with my PR to really complain about it. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow for the recovery run.
