


I know, I know. I am late. Way to late with this recap but I didn’t get it done earlier. And I could write two words that would sum up this weeks challenge: I sucked.
My eating was bad. I didn’t get to try out new foods. I couldn’t even figure out what kind of foods I could try. I didn’t count calories and ate way to much crap. Drank to less water as well. I didn’t communicate with my buddies (sorry, about that). I didn’t talk grocery lists with them. I just sucked this week. Not sure why. Not sure how to fix it.
Just writing this makes me feel bad. Maybe I should feel like this, maybe I shouldn’t. I don’t know. I got my exercise done. I ran a 5K and broke my PR by 7 seconds. I am so happy with that but my eating sucked. I really have to go and figure this out. Eating/nutrition/food is such an important thing in weight loss. It’s also important for my running. For my body. If I don’t eat well how should my body be able to work probably. You know what I mean. I have to get a grip on this whole eating thing. Any help you can give me is appreciated.
