


Ok, I feel so much better but I am still not totally ok. Wednesday to Friday last week I spent in bed. Coughing, sweating, feverish, drinking tea, sleeping most of the time. Just plain feeling sick. Thursday I went to the Doc and got a bunch of meds. They helped and I was able to go to my Healing Touch level 3 class this weekend.
I am so, so happy that I could go. I waited over a year for this class and I would have hated to cancel it. (I would have, if I still had felt bad and/or had a fever.) Luckily I was able to go (even if I was still coughing) and had an amazing weekend with old and new friends. I learned new techniques and I can’t wait to use them.
I am still coughing but I hope that will be gone soon as well. I am not planning to run much this week. First, I want to make sure I am healthy again. There is no need to take me out longer by being stupid. Second, I have a 15k race coming up on Saturday. Third, my parents are coming over from Germany on Wednesday. Can’t wait to see them.
I am just sorry I missed last weeks challenge. I was looking forward to it. But laying in bed and recovering was not helping. I was even to tired to open my laptop to check my mails. I didn’t write my 4 Good Things every day. Now I look forward to this weeks challenge.
